C-max 0102 is designed to perform the valve and valve ball of Bosch Common Rail Injector diagnostic.
C-max 0102 can provide accurate results ( the valve is OK or NOK) in 10 seconds
The ball seat surface can be seen with using microscope. But you can not identify the enlargement of valve hole and increasing of back leak quantity.
C-max 0102 operates with 3 bar air pressure. Valve and valve ball is placed on the movable test stand, air pressure is applied to valve. If you observe air ball in the glass filled with test oil the valve is NOK. If you could not observe air ball in the glass filled with test oil the valve is OK.
